What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Any candle that has been used or burned CANNOT be returned.  We will gladly honor an exchange for unused items or a credit towards your purchase.

What is the shipping charge?

Our shipping is based on the weight calculations from USPS. Due to current laws and postal regulations, USPS 
shipping prices are subject to change.

0 to 1 lbs = $7.75
1 to 2 lbs = $8.55
2 to 3 lbs = $9.50
3 to 4 lbs = $10
4 lbs or more = $10.60

Delivery takes three to five business days.

What if my order is damaged upon delivery?

If your order is damaged upon delivery we request that a picture is sent to us. Damaged items may be replaced with an exchange, or a credit for the full amount will be honored.

If your order is missing, please contact USPS support with the tracking number provided.

Are exchanges honored?

Exchanges will ONLY be honored once we receive a picture of the damaged item(s). Please allow us between 48 to 72 hours to respond. Again, all sales are final.
