  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. Any candle that has been used or burned CANNOT be returned. We will gladly honor an exchange for unused items or a credit towards your purchase.
  • What is the shipping charge?
    Our shipping is based on the weight calculations from USPS. Due to current laws and postal regulations, USPS shipping prices are subject to change. 0 to 1 lbs = $7.75 1 to 2 lbs = $8.55 2 to 3 lbs = $9.50 3 to 4 lbs = $10 4 lbs or more = $10.60
  • What is the estimated time for delivery?
    Delivery takes three to five business days.
  • What if my order is damaged upon delivery?
    If your order is damaged upon delivery we request that a picture is sent to us. Damaged items may be replaced with an exchange, or a credit for the full amount will be honored.
  • How do I report a missing order?
    If your order is missing, please contact USPS support with the tracking number provided.
  • Are exchanges honored?
    Exchanges will ONLY be honored once we receive a picture of the damaged item(s). Please allow us between 48 to 72 hours to respond. Again, all sales are final.
  • Do you offer discounts, or gift certificates?"
    We offer gift certificates and seasonal discounts.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We gladly accept payments through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
